As posted by various persons earlier, this property has plenty of problems - NH8 access may close soon, located next to the Beer factory and criminal infested village, other access route goes through the high crime area, will not be safe to travel after 8 pm through an access route especially for women, imagine when you stay and you always have to think twice of accessing your house after 8 pm. Nowhere  going to be close to any Metro station in future.  
Raheja appears to be facing problems, as their Navodaya project in Manesar is not selling through.  They are therefore trying to garner some money through this route and artificial hike of some of the other project like Atlantis - Beware!!  They may try to cheat by showing some high printed price and then offering discount to you as a favor.  Should be worth much less than 4000 psf.

Agreed. They earlier cheated with Regal / Royal Specification and forced most of them to convert from Regal to Royal and high prices

not completely agree with the comments as this appears to be strategically located.  It will be good if we get some feedback from Qubrex please!!!!

I think the project will do well,having already sold my unit I will be a buyer if I can get it at 4000 psft.

Just my personal view.
