A part of 'Mohali Hills'--a 3,000-acre integrated township, 'The Terraces' will house three independent dwelling units. The unit on the ground floor is priced at Rs 46 lakh, while the ones on first floor and second floor comes at a cost of Rs 38 lakh Rs 36 lakh respectively, said a company release.

Each independent unit comprises three bedrooms, fully finished ready-to-move in homes Phase I of 'The Terraces' is expected to be completed by 2010, it further said.

Emaar MGF's signature project Mohali Hills includes residential plots, townhouses and villas. Along with convenient shopping malls, landscaped gardens and recreational centres, the township will house special education and wellness zones, with fully equipped hospitals, schools and colleges.
